Our senior staff is directly involved in the selection and training procedures to ensure proper recruitment. We ensure adequate training to security personnel at least for 05 weeks covering all the relevant subjects. Refresher training for weak personnel are also arranged

The personnel deployed by us will act as your helping hand to its profession during any urgency. The security staff will man the gate, keep records,s and shall provide you with the information you really need to know as and when necessary. We give maximum emphasis on training so that they become more efficient, loyal, and sincere. We can put them for months together without changing them frequently, as well as change them depending on the situation and requirements from a security point of view.

After receiving a formal request from the client, we shall complete the survey within 07 days and submit the report to the client for any further discussion. After signing an agreement, we shall take
30 days to deploy.

The regular meeting will be held with the client as and when required to know, learn and improve the service.

We maintain a reserve for replacement in ease of any unauthorized absenteeism. We shall not allow any of our clients to face such problems. Immediate replacement shall be ensured.

Regular inspection and supervision for 24hrs will be arranged by us to ensure proper service. Our inspectors and supervisors are well trained and mainly they are from military background.

Necessary reports and returns will be arranged as per the requirement of our valued client as and when required.

Verification from police authority and by our own arrangement is ensured before we put someone on duty.

CT Security & Logistic Services shall be responsible for all matters related to security as per agreement based on client requirements.

Deployment shall be done after the necessary survey and on an actual requirement basis, which may increase at any time on an actual requirement basis.
